I love it just giving 4 stars because I originally bought bronze package and needed support/updates. Seller told me I can't just upgrade because it wouldn't be fair to the rest who bought Silver directly. We talked it out, so I paid 20% extra for the difference and everything went smooth. I was wrong since he did say Bronze comes with no support, but it still feels a bit bitter
